From this overhead perspective, the design reads as a sophisticated campus-like property, organized around a central main residence and balanced by multiple auxiliary structures. Each structure is carefully proportioned and connected by a network of walkways, garden spaces, and courtyards that define distinct outdoor “rooms.Key highlights include:
• Masterful Site Planning: The estate is symmetrically balanced along a central axis, providing clarity and harmony while maintaining natural flow through organic pathways and varied landscape forms.
• Integrated Lifestyle Amenities: The property features multiple recreation areas—such as a full-size sport court, expansive lawn, and entertainment terraces—seamlessly integrated into the site’s geometry.
• Architectural Cohesion: Rooflines, materials, and massing are consistent throughout, establishing an elegant rhythm that unifies the ensemble of structures.
