Hope for Genesis 8 and 8.1 by Bobr
3D Render by EltucoAs of this posting, Resident Evil Requiem's Grace is a hot ticket with a growing host of new offerings. Having played the game, this is understandable. The character is well portrayed, with 'signature' gestures and good voice talent. Her play is reminiscent of Elizabeth Comstock's in 'Bioshock Infinite - Burial at Sea' with lots of sneaking about and avoiding monsters rather than reliance upon brute force. Grace is a fun toon in a satisfyingly creepy game.
I tested BlopBlop's Hope first, as she was the first purchased. She sets up easily with a great outfit from her opening gameplay set, though I didn't press her too hard. Her shape is nicely canonical, as are her textures, and achieve the ashen 'Grace' look. Her hair also has the look, though I ran into some artifacts in the simple test scene, which were solved by switching in a simple shader from Auroblanca. I'm guessing this could also be solved by tinkering with Surfaces or by lighting; the latter in the test scene was harsh. This should not deter purchase.
The test scene is rather simple, with Hope/Grace peering out a nasty 'Abandoned Toilet' window into the 'Evil Streets' from Dreamscape. Her outfit is unaltered or tweaked and rendered well. Her flashlight and weapon are near canonical added props.
Hope is a great toon and worthy of attention. She certainly has competition with two or three competing Grace characters available, but if she is your choice, you won't suffer for it.

Y'know, I wonder if that can be viewed as a metric of some sort: If a game is popular, characters from said game will pop up several times over in 3D marketplaces. I get the feeling we'll be seeing numerous GTA VI characters flood the marketplace once that game is released.

Sat, Apr 04I think you're right, MK. Not so long ago, it was Triss and Yennefer from the Witcherverse. RER is rightly popular; GTA VI should be the same. We sometimes suffer for lack of male characters, but that is sort of expected as well.
One of the more attractive elements of game-rips are their outfits. When well done, they can be great assets when applied to other characters. I get a lot of miles out of TLOU outfits for post apocalyptic scenes, and the outfits from the Witcher can serve as fantasy-medieval garb in a pinch.
